Philips Baristina

From bean to espresso in one compact machine. For the Philips Baristina we made a series of 3D shots in a light, calm visual language. Close-ups of the buttons, the grinder, the water tank, the drip tray and the yellow lever alternate with shots of the machine as a whole. Coffee beans fall through the frame and rows of machines pull espresso at once.

Styleframes and animatic — the first explorations

A moving sketch and tests of our first ideas for the film. With these we explored the structure and the pace. The final film was worked out more calmly.
